Dear Lord, I call upon your Name
Uphold me from the waters of despair,
from the rivers that run nowhere.
I have travelled this empty fruitless maze,
past many broken days,
before I came to know of your ways
In times that I have known,
before your family and your home,
I looked upon this empty world; made of stone.
With a horror of this place,
knowing only of the evil of this race
Now your light is like the Sun,
unto you, we all, shall come.
Bearing nothing else, but our Sin.
Looking upon our radient Knig.
Looking up, I decome your beloved twin
And lifted to your glory, we all shall band.
Singing praises, we raise his hand,
high above the candlestand.
To the everlasting creator, our redeeming man,
forever to the Father who is 'I am'
